Iron Butt ride raises money for children's hospital

The Alee Shriners Iron Knights raised over $35,000 from its annual Iron Butt Ride for the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Greenville, South Carolina.

The Iron Knights rode out April 21 from Savannah, travelling to Chattanooga, Nashville, Lexington, Knoxville and ending at the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Greenville.

Last year they raised more than $30,000, which was used to purchase a van to drive children and their families to and from the hospital at no cost.
