AMERICUS, Ga. — Magnolia Manor of Midway earned the 2022 American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Bronze Quality Award.
To achieve this accomplishment, recipients must undergo a comprehensive assessment that analyzes their organization’s mission, vision and key success factors. Applicants further develop an organizational structure using core values from the Baldrige Excellence Framework. Once implemented, these core values serve as a foundation for continuous improvement in quality care. Magnolia Manor of Midway has entered the first step of the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program by achieving the Bronze — Commitment to Quality Award.
“I’m pleased that the Magnolia Manor of Midway staff is finally getting recognition for their hard work and dedication,” said Jenice Baker, Magnolia Manor of Midway administrator. “This is our first step in the National Quality Award Program, and the Silver Quality Award is now in our sight. We plan to continue providing quality care to the residents to improve their lives.”
The 2022 AHCA/ NCAL National Quality Award ceremony will be at the AHCA/NCAL’s 73rd Annual Convention and Expo in Nashville, Tennessee, Oct. 9–11, 2022.
