Col. George Geczy III, commander of the 188th Infantry Brigade, spoke at the sixth grade awards ceremony May 28 at Fort Stewart's Diamond Elementary School.

Geczy spoke to the class about the important transition to middle and high school, encouraging students to study hard, help each other along the way and have fun.
