Hinesville Mayor Pro Tem Charles Frasier recently signed a proclamation establishing Sept. 18 as National Prisoners of War-Missing In Action Recognition Day, alongside members of Vietnam Veterans of America. Joining Frasier were local chapter Vice President Paul Spence, chapter President Jimmy Waynick and event coordinator Dennis Fitzgerald.
