Fort Stewart Family Homes and Marne Point Apartments in Fort Stewart and Hunter AAF Homes in Savannah have been recognized as 2017 Resident Satisfaction Property Award winners for 2017.

These communities are owned and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading residential real estate investment and management company.

The site teams at all three locations use the Satisfacts Insite 365 Day/Year Resident Feedback program to proactively capture ongoing resident feedback on the quality of the homes in the communities and the supporting services and customer service delivered by the property management teams.

Awards are based on resident feedback submitted through the program over the course of the year.

“Providing an exceptional living experience underpinned by the highest level of customer service is the hallmark of all of our communities,” said Anne-Marie Niklaus, senior vice president for Balfour Beatty Communities. “Continuous resident feedback is essential to our operations as it allows our teams to see in real time where they are performing well and where improvements need to be made.”

Fort Stewart Family Homes, Hunter AAF Homes and Marne Point Apartments lease a wide variety of apartments, townhomes, duplex and single-family homes to active-duty military families stationed at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, as well as military retirees, Department of Defense employees and the general public.
