Rotary honors two soldiers

The Hinesville Rotary Club recently honored two Soliders of the Quarter:

Spc. Jeffrey Johnson was born and raised in Greensburg, La. He graduated from St. Helena Central High School.
After high school, Johnson moved to Pittsburgh, Calif., and graduated from Los Medanos Community College. After college, Johnson enlisted in the Army and attended OSUT training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
He has three kids who live with their mother in California. His short term goal is to win the IMCOM soldier of the year board.

Sgt. Leah Paden was born and raised in San Bernadino, Calif., She graduated from Rim of the World High School in June 2003. She enlisted in the Army in April 2004 and attended training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
In December, she relocated to Fort Stewart. She’s assigned to the Directorate of Emergency Services, Traffic Investigations Section.
Her husband is Daniel. Her short term goals are to earn a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice and to start a family.
