Winn Army Community Hospital on Thurday opened its newest pediatric clinic with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The clinic marks the completion of the Army's transition to Patient-Centered Medical Homes for Winn's primary-care clinics, according to Col. Ronald Place, commander of the U.S. Army Medical Department Activity of Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield.
