This week Dryden Enterprises, a Hinesville based home construction company, announced plans to develop a new subdivision, Independence Settlement. The site for the neighborhood is off of West 15th Street, outside of Fort Stewart Gate 7. The development is about seven miles from downtown Hinesville.
