Fort McAllister State Park will have National Trails Day events from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at 3894 Fort McAllister Road in Richmond Hill.

Events include a nature hike on the Redbird Creek Trail, with a naturalist discussing the park’s ecosystems during the 3-mile hike. Attendees should bring water and insect repellent.

There is no fee for this hike, but each car requires a $5 park pass.
