Join award-winning nature photographer and instructor John Reed on Sept. 17-18 at Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge to take part in a workshop designed to provide hands-on instruction for nature and wildlife photographers of all skill levels.
It will focus on photography concepts and principles such as exposure, metering, composition, digital camera basics.
Class space is limited and preregistration is encouraged. Participants must provide their own cameras and equipment. It is recommended that participants familiarize themselves with camera controls and settings prior to the workshop.
The classes are from
8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Sept. 17 and 7 a.m.-11 a.m. Sept. 18. The cost of the workshop is $45. The fee is $50 after Aug. 29 and $55 at the door. The $5.00 refuge entrance fee is not included in the registration fee.
