A small airplane made an emergency landing on Fort Stewart Saturday morning.

Jennifer  Scales, with the post’s Public Affairs Office, confirmed the airplane had come down in one of the motor pools in the National Guard area of the post shortly after 8 a.m. She said no injuries had been reported.

The identity of the pilot and anyone else in the plane was not available. More information is expected to be released later.
