Just two days into advanced voting for Georgia's presidential preference primary, nearly 500 Liberty County residents have made their choice in the race to pick the country's 44th president.
Staffers with the Liberty County Voter Registration Office said 480 votes had been cast since the start of the week, with nearly 300 residents voting on Tuesday alone.
Early voting will continue inside the voter registration office on 102 S. Commerce St. until Friday at 5 p.m. The office opens each day at 8 a.m.
Residents planning to participate in advanced primary voting are reminded to bring the required photo identification that must be shown to poll workers prior to voting.
