$100,000 bond set on fireman

SAVANNAH - A South Carolina judge ordered a Savannah firefighter to be held on a high bond following his arrest for a fatal hit-and-run crash that left a bicycle rider dead.

Bluffton, S.C., police said 29-year-old Ryan Scott Cudlip was formally charged Sunday with involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death.

Cudlip is accusing hitting 37-year-old Rosember Lopez-Martinez on Christmas night.

Cudlip's bond was set at $100,000. He's due back in court Jan. 30.
