Tony Jamel Walker, who was struck by a sport utility vehicle last week while riding his bicycle across Highway 196, is listed in fair condition.
Walker was hit by a 2004 GMC Envoy driven by Marcus Haywood of Savannah at 2:43 p.m. on Jan. 4. Walker was flown by LifeStar to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.
The Georgia State Patrol reported Haywood allegedly passed on a double-yellow line when Walker was crossing the road on his bicycle.
Charges in the accident are pending, according to the GSP.
