One man is dead following a fiery accident late Saturday night in Hinesville.
The accident occurred shortly after 10 p.m. on Gen. Screven Way in front of Bradwell Institute.
Four cars were involved in the accident, and one of the vehicles caught fire when it was struck, trapping the driver inside. According to Hinesville Police Department Traffic Accident Investigator Kevin Zieran, the driver was extracted and flown to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, where he later was pronounced dead.
The other victims were treated at Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville and Fort Stewart's Winn Army Community Hospital.
