Fatal wreck at county line

A traffic accident at the intersection of Highways 196 and 17 at the Liberty/Long county line has killed at least one person.
The wreck happened about 4:30 at the intersection that is under construction. It was raining hard in the area at the time.
No other details were available Wednesday evening.
