Two escapees from a Harris County jail were caught in Liberty County Monday. According to Liberty County Sheriff Chief Deputy Keith Moran, deputies were led to the duo after a series of events landed the reported escape artists in county limits, trying to cash in allegedly stolen lottery tickets.
