July 19: Criminal trespass — An officer made his way to Northgate Apartments after a female resident noticed a reflector removed from her vehicle. The night before, she witnessed possible suspects sitting on her car, and she told them to get off.
Entering auto — A Beverly Street resident called an officer after noticing her car door open.
Items from her glove box and center console were misplaced inside of her car, but nothing appeared to be stolen.
Burglary, residence, unlawful entry — An officer was dispatched to Birchfield Drive for a burglary in progress.
The complainant said she went out of town July 8 and returned home July 19 to find her front door unlocked. Items missing included several photographs, a laptop, two televisions, a camera, gold jewelry and $200. The missing items totaled $6,400.
Burglary, forced entry, residence — An officer responded to South Main Street in reference to a burglary. The complainant left the residence at 11 a.m. July 19 with all windows and doors locked.
When he returned around 2 p.m., the back door was open. He noticed his Nintendo Wii and Playstation missing from his mother’s bedroom.
He told the officer that his mother was not home during the time of the burglary. The missing items total to $150.

July 20
Burglary, forced entry, residence — A Hinesville resident called an officer after his home was burglarized.
The complainant said he was at his neighbor’s house and saw from the window two men standing on his front porch.
He walked back to his residence, and the two men ran from his backyard. The missing items included his Xbox, video games and clothing items.
Behind his house, the officer found some of the complainant’s missing items that were dropped.
The suspects also left some of their clothes in the residence, which were collected for evidence.
