Dec. 27 DUI — A Midway man was arrested for DUI around 3 a.m. at Highway 38 and Spencer Gaulden Road after being stopped for driving 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.
The man failed multiple field sobriety tests, and while he was waiting for someone to take custody of his vehicle, he reportedly put a match in his mouth and tried to light it like a cigarette, the report said.
He was transported to jail and blew a .165 and .170 in a breath test.
