Sept. 19: Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, DUI — Two deputies pulled over a truck they noticed weaving over the road. The driver exited with his hands in the air, walked to the rear of his truck and placed his hands on the tailgate. The deputies smelled alcohol and said the driver was unsteady on his feet.
