Hinesville Police Department detectives are investigating an armed robbery and shooting that occurred just after 10 Sunday night.
Chief Detective Maj. Thomas Cribbs said a man was shot during a robbery at the intersection of Deal and Parker streets. The victim was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. His condition is unknown.
The incident is under investigation.
