A Hinesville resident was killed when he reportedly lost control of his 2006 Suzuki GSX-R1000 motorcycle and hit a concrete and brick driveway culvert around 8 p.m. Monday.
According to Hinesville Traffic Accident Investigator Jaassen Garrett, officers were dispatched to the scene on McDowell Road in Hinesville at 8:07 p.m. The single vehicle wreck killed Oswald Timothy Jones Jr., 25, of Hinesville.
“We are not speculating on anything and the accident is still being investigated,” Garrett said.
Garrett added that weather did not seem to be a factor.
