Riceboro and the Riceboro Volunteer Fire Department will host a fire safety program on Saturday, March 15, at the youth center in Riceboro.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the program from 9 a.m. until noon.

To help them their plans together there will be speakers from the gas and electric companies, along with different fire agencies addressing different issues and answering any questions.
Volunteers will also schedule appointments with the residents for home safety inspections along with installing free smoke detectors. Everyone is encouraged to come and see what they can do to make their homes safer.
