ATV accident
Hinesville police and EMS workers respond to the scene of an ATV accident involving five teenagers Friday.

The Courier has received word that an ATV on which five teenagers were riding flipped over just after 4:30 p.m. Friday on Peacock Trail, injuring several of the young people. One teen was flown by Life Star for treatment at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. Two were taken to Winn Army Community Hospital. The other two teens, identified as males, reportedly left the scene to alert their parents and get help.
