The National Weather Service says the warning is in effect for Carroll, Coweta and Heard counties for possible flooding from the Chattahoochee River.
The weather service also issued the warning for the Tallapoosa River affecting Haralson County, Big Creek affecting Forsyth and north Fulton counties and the Oconee River affecting Clarke, Greene and Oconee counties.
