Santiago joins Chamber as administrative assistant
Tatyanah Santiago

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce (LCCOC) and Liberty County Convention & Visitors Bureau (LCCVB) announce the addition of Tatyanah Santiago to their team. Santiago joins the organization as administrative assistant, bringing a strong educational background in communications and a desire to become more involved in the Liberty County community.

In her role, Santiago helps support the day-today operations of the LCCOC and LCCVB while serving as an important point of contact for Chamber members, visitors and the general public. Her responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting with member and visitor inquiries, maintaining current event information on the organization’s website, coordinating office errands and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Additionally, Santiago assists with preparations for programs, meetings and special events, helping the organization continue its mission of supporting local businesses, promoting tourism and strengthening community connections throughout Liberty County.

“We are really excited to have Tatyanah join our team,” said Leah Poole, president and CEO of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and Liberty County Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Our organization stays busy with a wide variety of programs, events and initiatives, so having someone who can help keep things organized and provide excellent service to our members and visitors is incredibly important. Tatyanah brings a strong educational foundation and a willingness to learn, and we’re looking forward to seeing her continue to grow professionally while becoming more connected to our community.”

Originally from Brunswick, Santiago relocated to Hinesville in January 2026. She graduated with honors from Georgia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Her academic background provides a foundation in interpersonal communication, understanding human behavior and building meaningful relationships, all of which complement her responsibilities at the Chamber.

As a newer resident of Hinesville, Santiago also brings a fresh perspective to the organization and an appreciation for the opportunities available to those discovering Liberty County for the first time.
