Scarecrow Stroll re-scheduled for next week
Families swarm Scarecrow Stroll

Due to possible inclement weather expected in the Liberty/Long county area from the effects of Hurricane Wilma, Hinesville Downtown Development Authority Director Michelle Ricketson said in a news release Tuesday that Friday’s Scarecrow Stroll has been re-scheduled for next week, Oct. 30, from 5-7 p.m. Vendors can begin set-up at 4 p.m. Vendors should call the HDDA office if they are unable to attend. (912-877-4332) Ricketson said the event will be the biggest to date featuring more than 99 vendors with a variety of activities. An event map and road closures are available on the HDDA website: hinesvilledowntown.com.
