Hunter solider killed in Afghanistan

The Department of Defense announced today the death of 3rd ID soldier deployed out of Hunter Army Airfield to Afghanistan.

Chief Warrant Officer Curtis S. Reagan, 43, of Summerville, S.C., died March 29 in Kandahar, Afghanistan, from a non-combat related illness.

He was assigned to the 603rd Aviation Support Battalion, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, on Hunter.

He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
