Lela Stokes-Dickens was recently awarded the Georgia Association for Gifted Children’s

Leadership Award for the year 2020. This award is presented to an individual who has

made a significant difference to gifted education in his/her school, school district, or

region to bring about change that results in improvement in gifted education. .

Dickens serves as the Liberty County School System Gifted Facilitator for grades K-12.
