Liberty Regional Medical Center (LRMC) is proud to once again receive a generous donation from Clayin Cassell through his annual Coloring Books for Smiles drive. Each Valentine’s season, Cassell collects new coloring books and crayons and donates them to LRMC for pediatric patients, helping brighten hospital stays and bring comfort to children and families.
Cassell launched the effort after receiving care at Liberty Regional Medical Center following an emergency appendectomy. Inspired by the compassion shown to him during his stay, he continues to give back in a meaningful way by ensuring young patients have something special to lift their spirits while in the hospital.
“We are honored to be the recipient of Clayin’s Coloring Books for Smiles donation again this year,” said Derek Rozier, MBA, LNHA, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Regional Medical Center. “His kindness and commitment to giving back reflect the true spirit of our community and help bring joy to the children we serve. These small acts of kindness make a big impact for our patients and their families.” The coloring books and crayons will be distributed to pediatric patients throughout the hospital, providing a creative and comforting activity during their time at LRMC.”
Liberty Regional Medical Center extends its sincere appreciation to Cassell and all who support his Coloring Books for Smiles drive.
