The Liberty County Chamber Foundation has announced the appointment of Karyn Thomas to its board of directors. In this role, Thomas will help guide the foundation’s programs and partnerships that strengthen quality of life, support local businesses, and invest in community development across Liberty County.

“I believe community is built when we show up with open hands and open hearts. I’m honored to serve Liberty County through the Chamber Foundation and continue pouring into the place I proudly call home,” Thomas said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Karyn to the Foundation Board,” said Leah Poole, president and CEO of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. “Her heart for service and track record of getting things done will help us expand the Foundation’s reach and impact.”
