The Long County Sheriff Office arrested two people allegedly involved in the murder of Omari S. Alexander on Feb. 24.
Long County Sheriff Craig Nobles said his department worked with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Community Supervision in securing the arrest of Stefphon I. Woods, 23, and Victoria B. Davis, 23, both of a Hinesville on June 4.
Both were arrested without any incident.
Woods has been charged with a party to the crime of felony murder and felony probation violation.
Davis has been charged with felony false statements and writings. Her bond was set at $1,500.
Alexander's body was discovered around 6 p.m. Monday by a motorist near a private drive on County Line Road near Rye Patch, according to Long County Sheriff Craig Nobles.
In March the Sheriff’s Office arrested Byran Denzel Hopkins, 27 and Michael Anthony Williams, 23 both of Hinesville. Both men have been charged with murder.
