Dear editor:Second Chances Equine Rescue has been in operation since August 2013 in Hinesville. We have successfully helped 200 equines with assistance, rehoming, rescue, or sanctuary since we opened our gate. Over the past six years we have personally witnessed the transformation that occurs when a damaged equine meets an individual that may also need healing.
