On Feb. 4, 2010, I received a written response from Diversity Health Center. There were two statements in their response that I will share.
First, they stated that they were concerned about the problems my family and I had experienced and intended to make a real effort to provide acceptable service to all patients of the center.
Second, they extended an invitation to me and my family to return to Diversity Health Center for medical services.
Because I believe that the response was genuine — and because my daughter and other family members need heath care that is affordable — my family and I decided to return to the center in Ludowici for care.
For the past 18 months, several members of our family have visited Diversity Health Center in Ludowici and we have had very pleasant experiences.
The problems I reported last year have been addressed in every respect.
I have no miracles to report, but I do want to say to you — and anyone else who might be concerned — that I sincerely appreciate the concern and care that the staff of Diversity Health Center have shown for every member of my family who has been there for health care
