The Long County Recreation Department is hosting its first Baseball Academy of Hope baseball camp.

A camp session will be from 8 a.m. until noon this Monday through Friday and is open to ages 10-15. The camp costs $125 per camper.

The camp will review fundamentals, warm-ups and proper stretching, hitting and catching, fielding instruction, throwing techniques, pitching instruction, base running and game strategy.
