Renee Rogers placed fourth out of 13 competitors in her class at the All-South Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships in St. Augustine on Nov. 7-8.

Rogers competed in the physique category in women’s open class. She said her division had a lot more women competing than the others.
“This was the last chance for athletes to qualify before the national show in Miami, so we knew to expect some stiff competition,” Rogers said.

She said her fourth-place finish qualifies her to compete in national shows.
Rogers said she is now focused on the Eastern Seaboard National Show in early May. That show will be a trial run for a bigger contest, the Junior National in Charleston, South Carolina at the end of May, she said.
