Bradwell Institute swept its season series with crosstown rival Liberty County, thanks in part to Parris Parham’s torrid 3-point shooting.
The junior connected on six of nine shots from behind the arc, finishing with 25 points, as the No. 7-ranked Lady Tigers rolled to a 78-32 win Saturday at the LCHS gym.
Bradwell improved to 14-1 on the season while the Lady Panthers slipped to 4-7.
Parham, the Delisha Milton-Jones Most Valuable Player of the game recipient, also had six rebounds and three assists. Jordyn Rogers added 14 points, six rebounds and four steals, and Jamia Ousley registered 10 points, four boards, five assists and seven steals. Janiyah Blevins scored nine points to go with four assists and five steals. All 10 Lady Tigers who played scored.
Ka’mora Hollis had 14 points for the Lady Panthers, while Lyric McIver finished with eight points.
Bradwell travels to Coffee on Friday night. Liberty County hosts Johnson on Friday night and hosts Wayne County on January 13.
