FPCA student to play basketball for St. Johns River

As a Highlander for First Presbyterian Christian Academy, Mike Brown ruled the hardwood and helped his squad earn three state rings during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons. The lanky 6-foot, 3-inch athlete averaged 12.2 points per game his senior year, using his lightning speed and accuracy to come through time and time again in critical moments.

Monday morning, the Highlander signed a scholarship to play at St. John’s River Community College where he will trade his Highlander garments for Viking battle attire in his quest to eventually play for a Division I school.
