Darryl Chandler, Patrick Edwards and Dwayne Rye won medalist honors at Cherokee Rose Country Club during the Jake Blitz last week.

Chandler fired a 77 on Wednesday’s round and it was Edwards with a 4-under 67 winning Saturday and Rye’s 70 captured Sunday.

Bubba Wiggins won overall points on both Wednesday and Saturday with Jimmy Keel and Rick Lovelady capturing the Sunday points crown.

Results from the Cherokee Rose Country Club Jake Blitz  is held every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.  Sign up times end at 8:30 am on Wednesday and Saturday with start time at 9:00 am. Sign up time ends at 12:30 pm on Sunday with start at 1:00 pm. Golfers are paired into groups and are on a points system. Course members and the public are invited to play.
