Patrick Edwards, the current Men’s Champion at Cherokee Rose Country Club played strong throughout the week capturing three straight medalist awards during the Jake Blitz. Edward’s fired a 4-under 67 on Saturday to claim low score honors and then followed with  pair of 73’s to take the other two blitz awards.

Jeff Pierce won high points with +9 on Wednesday with Daniel Dayutis +5 grabbing Sunday. Edwards won overall points on Saturday during his 4-under round with +8.

The Cherokee Rose Country Club Jake Blitz is held every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.  Sign up times end at 8:30 am on Wednesday and Saturday with start time at 9:00 am. Sign up time ends at 12:30 pm on Sunday with start at 1:00 pm. Golfers are paired into groups and are on a points system. Course members and the public are invited to play.
