Lady 'Landers in state finals tomorrow

The First Presbyterian Christian Academy Lady Highlander soccer team is in the state championship game. The FPCA girls trailed Trinity Christian, of Sharpsburg, 1-0 at the half during today's matchup in Macon.

Lady 'Lander Cecilia Graham tied the game and suddenly the FPCA girls pounded home four more goals to win 5-1.

The girls will play the winner between Deefield Windsor Academy or Augusta Prep. The FPCA girls will return to Hineville tonight to prepare for the graduation of the 2017 senior class. The ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow at Hinesville Baptist Church. Immediately following graduation the Lady 'Landers will head back to Macon for the 4 p.m. championship game.
