In a hard fought game that went back and forth all night, the Long County girls basketball team fell to Tattnall County 58-54 Friday. Playing in Ludowici, the Lady Tide fell behind 19-12 in the first period but clawed their way back in the third period to narrow their deficit to three points. In the final period both teams played aggressively, but the home team wasn’t able to make up any ground, losing the contest by four points.
