Lady Tigers beat Liberty 10-0 to celebrate Senior Night

Bradwell Lady Tigers lost 6-0 against Richmond Hill on March 13. On March 19, the Lady Tigers beat Liberty County 10-0 during their senior night game. Lady Tiger Makayla Robinson scored five goals and was named player of the game. Emily Hause scored two goals. Madison Steyer Andrea Lopez and Allison Ramirez Diaz each scored one goal. Goalkeeper Nevaeh Lopez made two saves on goal.  

Seniors Malia Plumey, Andrea Lopez, Nevaeh Lopez, Faviola Santiago, Makayla Robinson and Madison Steyer were recognized.

The Lady Tigers were set to play at Statesboro yesterday and host Richmond Hill today at 5 p.m. Friday they host Brunswick at 5 p.m. They are 5-3-1 overall and 2-3 in region 2-(6) A.

The Tigers boys’ soccer team is 5-2-1 overall after they downed the Liberty Panther boys 5-0. The Tigers scored one goal in the first half and four in the second. They are 2-2 in the region. They were scheduled to play Glynn Academy on Monday and will host Brunswick Friday at 7 p.m. Seniors Lazarus Gordon, Justin Vela, Nicholos Henry, Aiden Bunting, Jordan Jackson, Keighan Jack, Jarrod Giddings, Franco Ramirez Diaz, Jordan Barney, Francisco Vega Cintron, and Devin Atkins were recognized.

The Liberty County Panther boys’ soccer team is 1-5 overall after falling to Long County (8-0) and their loss to the Tigers. They were set to play at Southeast Bulloch yesterday and will host Coastal Home School today at 7 p.m. The Lady Panther soccer team is also 1-5 after falling to Long County (4-0) and their loss at BI. They play prior to the boys’ games at Southeast Bulloch and Coastal Home School today at 5 p.m.

Baseball

The Bradwell Tigers lost their last three games, all played against Effingham County. Last Monday they lost 11-0, on St. Patrick’s Day they fell 11-1 and this past Friday they lost 8-0. They are set to play South Effingham three times this week on Monday, today at 6 p.m. on Tiger field and Friday at 6 p.m. in Guyton. They are 3-14 overall and 0-6 in region play.

First Preparatory Christian Academy is now 1-5 overall after dropping two games against Bulloch Academy last Monday and Wednesday by scores of 5-3 and 9-5 respectively. This past Friday they fell to Citizens Christian 10-1. Tomorrow they host Robert Toombs Christian Academy in a region game at 4 p.m.
