The Lady Tigers volleyball team prepares for the upcoming season with high expectations from their head coach, Readie Kelly.
“We are very young but I expect to return to state this year,” coach Kelly said as the Lady Tigers met for tryouts Monday afternoon. “From what I can see today I have four return players and a lot of new players,” she said.
Kelly will use the next week or so to see the talent that is there and the talent that can be developed before making her selection for the Lady Tiger roster.
“Based on what I see in the next week or so, I will make my selection of 13 players,” she said.
The Lady Tigers start their season with an away game on Aug. 25 against Camden County.
