Liberty County’s Kamora Hollis and Lyric McIver and Long County’s Makinzie Moody and Imani Pouncey were named to the all-Region 3-AAA girls basketball first team by region coaches.

Liberty County also placed Maritza Troche and Kashauna Woods on the honorable mention list. Long County had Kyleigh Sizemore and France Smith chosen as honorable mention.

Calvary Day’s Destini Gooddine and Stella Oelschig of Savannah Country Day were named co-players of the year. Savannah Country Day’s Kenny Conroy was named region coach of the year.
