Liberty, Long square off on softball diamond

The Liberty County Panthers softball team will travel to Ludowici today for a Region 3-AAA matchup against Long County.

First pitch is set for 5:30 p.m. The Panthers are 3-7-1 on the season and 1-5 region after a 9-0 loss to Calvary Day.

Long County is 3-6 overall and 2-2 in the region.

Bradwell, 2-7 on the year and 0-3 in Region 1-AAAAA, travels to Brunswick for a doubleheader with Glynn Academy today.

Bradwell is home again on September 10 for the second game of a three-game series with Brunswick.
