Bradwell Institute’s basketball teams split nonregion games Saturday against McIntosh County in Darien.
The Bradwell boys’ improved to 7-2 overall after defeating the Buccaneers 67-51. It was the boys’ second win against MCA this season. On Nov. 27 the boys beat the Bucs 67-66.
Miguel Pineda led the boys in scoring with 20 points, Malcolm Dingle chipped in 14, Reshea Stokes added 12 and Kirk Hill dropped in 10 points.
The Lady Tigers fell to MCA,  47-38. Bradwell is 3-7 overall.
On Friday, the Bradwell boys’ team is at Coffee County, while the Lady Tigers go  to Macon for the Westside Shootout Christmas Tournament.
