Faith Baptist Christian Academy boys’ basketball team is currently 23-3 overall and 9-0 in the Georgia Christian Athletic Association Region 2-AA. The boys reached that milestone after defeating Grace Christian 115-67 on Jan. 27 and Open Bible Christian 102-61 on Jan.28

Crusader Jaquez Motley scored 27 points against Grace and teammate Shavon Stoves chipped in 25 points in the victory.

Motley also had seven assists while teammate Kirk Hill nabbed 11 rebounds followed by Derrick Brooks with seven rebounds.

Against Open Bible Motley scored 31 points, followed by Brooks with 20. Aaron Scott chipped in 15 points and Zach Miller also hit the double digits with 10.

Hill led in rebounds again with seven and Stoves had 10 assists.

The Crusader started their post season playoffs and was scheduled to play Peoples Baptist on Friday in Ludowici.
