The First Presbyterian Christian Academy boys’ varsity soccer team started playing last weekend, and the Highlander boys are off to a good start.
On Aug. 13, the boys went 2-1 at the John Milledge Tournament by defeating Central Fellowship, 1-0, and John Milledge, 2-0. Milledge was the 2010 state champion. The boys lost to Georgia Christian, 2-0.
On Aug. 16, the Highlanders once again squared off against Milledge but lost, 3-2.
The boys were scheduled to play this weekend at the Central Fellowship Tournament.
