First Presbyterian Christian Academy’s reached a first Friday. It was the first game the Highlanders had not scored at least once.
Robert Toombs Christian Academy dominated the game, 55-0, in Lyons. The Crusaders were big and physical, and fatigue kept the Highlanders from penetrating the Crusaders’ red zone.
The FPCA boys have two games left in their season. Next week they have an equally challenging game against top seeded Crisp Academy at home. Their final possibility for a win is Nov. 8 against Fullington Academy.
Long County
The Blue Tide played at Toombs County, losing 34-21.
Liberty County
The Panthers were off this week.
